HIGH SPEED AIR VALVE SYSTEM
Objects are discarded using precisely controlled air jets. These are deployed by means of ultra‑fast magnetic valves that can be controlled to the millisecond. Major defects can be removed precisely from over 50% of the incoming product stream with just one pass. The position of the valves can be selected according to the size of objects in the product stream.
