Sherlock Observer – detects all types of foreign bodies in food by using Chemical Imaging Technology (CIT).
Sherlock Observer’s prevention of foreign bodies is extremly powerful. All kinds of foreign bodies, such as residues of glass, plastics, metal, wood, cardboard, plants or animals, which do not correspond to the spectral range of the conforming product, will be detected by Sherlock Observer. Differences in colour, shape, surface or density are not relevant. In case of foreign bodies, Sherlock Observer will deliver a signal, which can be used to output alarms and stop processes or automatically reject parts of the product. If foreign bodies are to be rejected as single objects, please have a look at Sherlock Air or Sherlock Separator in our product range.
