The company was formed in 2011 as a joint venture of the two parent companies Infruits AG and EVK DI Kerschlaggl GmbH. The synergy of Infruits’ competent food technology and the technological sensory expertise of EVK is ideal for use in food technology.
The aim of the company is to develop highly innovative technologies for the classification and sorting of food. This technology is made to order for both system integrators as well as for food companies. Our newest development, Chemical Imaging Technology opens new and so far unimagined possibilities for assuring process and quality control in food processing.
